My department only checks compliance with the SPCC plan.
Garrett Backus, REHS
Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E Hazelton Ave, Stockton, CA 95205
Phone: (209) 468-2986
Fax: (209) 468-3433
Web: http://www.s*cehd.com/Programs/Unitlil/unitiii.htm
From: Stacy Pinola[mailto:spinola@deltacolleae.edu]
Sent: Wednesday, October 24, 2012 9:54 AM
To: Garrett Backus [EH]
Subject: Fuel Tanks Relocation
Hi Garrett
I have one hold out on the training, which he is completing it today so I will be able to send you a completed list on the
training..
I am emailing regarding another topic. We are going to relocated our aboveground fuel tanks as part of the Shima
Heavy Equipment/Diesel project. Is there special permits that are required through County Environmental to relocate
those tanks? I know that I have to update my SPCC, but I have been asked to double check.
Thanks.
Stacy Pinola
Facilities Planner/
Environmental/Grounds Manager
San Joaquin Delta College
5151 Pacific Ave
Stockton, California 95207
209.954.5835
209.954.3711 fax
