Enclosed for your review is the following <br />information: <br />State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) letter dated 21 March 2000 relating to the storage <br />statement and fee and a copy of the APSA. <br />SWRCB pamphlet entitled Information on the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Program. <br />A sample of a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan that can be used to <br />develop a plan for your facility. <br />The storage statement and appropriate filing fee must be submitted to the SWRCB by <br />15 January 2001. <br />A SPCC Plan must be developed for your storage tanks and submitted to the Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board by 13 February 2001. <br />If you have any questions regarding this program, you may call me at (916) 255-3029. <br />8 <br />G.
