Currently, UOP has two hazardous waste generator operating permits: one each for the
pharmacy school and the main campus. I can merge these permits into one operating permit if UOP wants this
done. Otherwise, I will leave the permits separate. Does UOP want to merge the hazardous waste generator
permits?
Currently, UOP has two above ground petroleum storage permits: one each for the physical plant and the main
campus. If the same business entity (UOP) owns and operates all of the aboveground petroleum tanks I will
merge the permits into one operating permit. Does the same business entity own all of the above ground
petroleum tanks?
Thank you,
Garrett Backus
Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
600 E Main Street, Stockton CA 95202-3029
telephone: (209) 468-2986
fax: (209) 468-3433
email: gbackus@sjcehd.com
sjcehd.com
http://www.sjgQv.org/ehd/Programs/Others/unified.htm
9/30/2011
