According to the owner, a company was contacted in June <br /> 2010 to prepare a SPCC Plan, but no follow up action was taken. <br /> This is a violation of the California Health & Safety Code section 25270.4.5(a) and is a repeat <br /> violation from 2007 and 2010. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS/ORDER: <br /> Immediately prepare and implement a SPCC Plan for this facility in accordance with the California <br /> Health and Safety Code Section 25270.
