Enclosed for your review is the following <br /> information: <br /> • "State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) letter dated 21 March 2000"relating to the storage <br /> statement and fee and a copy of the APSA. <br /> • SWRCB pamphlet entitled "Information on the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Program". <br /> • A sample of a "Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC)Plan"which can be used to <br /> develop a plan for your facility. <br /> The storage statement and appropriate filing fee must be submitted to the SWRCB by 17 August 2000. <br /> A SPCC Plan must be developed for your storage tank(s) and submitted to the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board by 18 September 2000. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this program, please call me at (916) 255-3029. <br /> G.
