Specific requirements for SPCC Plan addressed in new SPCC Plan. <br /> 609 New SPCC Plan has specific items listed and addressed in this section. <br /> 613 All Containers have secondary containment, including the(8)55 gal. drums <br /> with new product contained in them. A secondary pallet with 66 gal. <br /> containment capacity has been purchased &installed for each 4 drums. (See <br /> pics.) <br /> 618 New regimen of inspections are determined by new SPCC Plan,tanks subject <br /> to current testing(Containment Solutions ASTs) have been tested. Testing <br /> schedule of Fuel tanks established and proper Inspection forms are currently <br /> being utilized. <br /> 619 Training has begun,with Debbie Jutla,Owner, being the first person trained <br /> to Hazwoper Training requirements(40 hr). If the training undertaken meets <br /> with Debbie Jutla's approval,then all people required to be trained shall be so <br /> trained,to the same level and subsequently with 8 hr annual refresher <br /> courses. <br /> 620 New SPCC Plan designates CJ Jutla as"person responsible." <br /> 622 Discharge briefings are scheduled for once per year, beginning after Debbie <br /> Jutla completes her training, but no later than December 15 of each year. <br /> 714 Owner/Operator has temporarily closed the Smog&Service section of the <br /> facility. As such,there is no activity whatsoever in this section currently <br /> underway. At such time of filling the 55 gallon drums, on site personnel shall <br /> personally observe the filling of the drum(s)with the small bung removed and <br /> a light illuminating the filling of the product thru that point, in order to <br /> observe product levels& prevent overfills.
