H&SC Section 18551(a)(1).Prior to the installation of a mobilehome,the owner or licensed contractor shall obtain a building permit from the <br /> enforcement agency. <br /> ❑25. CCR T25.Section 1324(a),A permit shall be obtained from the enforcement agency each time a mobilehome unit is located or installed on any site for <br /> the purpose of human habitation or occupancy. <br /> F126. CCR T25.Section 1328 The utility facilities for the unit shall be either fully installed and approved or ready for inspection prior to the installation <br /> inspection of the unit on that lot.The unit shall not be approved for occupancy until all the required lot utilities have been approved.All connections shall <br /> comply with the reouirements of this chapter. <br />
