Specifically, you were required to register all aboveground petroleum <br /> storage tanks at 17641 French Camp Rd., Ripon subject to the APSA and pay the appropriate fee <br /> to the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB). The SWRCB has not received your <br /> storage statement and fee. <br /> Our letter also asked you to develop a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC)Plan <br /> for the aboveground tanks by 2 November 2000. To date,we have not received your certified <br /> SPCC Plan. <br /> By 8 June 2001, you are required to submit the SPCC Plan and proof that you filed the storage <br /> statement and fee with the SWRCB. Any operator or owner of a tank facility who fails to <br /> comply with the provisions of the APSA may be subject to monetary penalties. <br /> If you have any questions regarding these requirements, you may contact G.
