Attached are two prints showing the proposed site layout. <br />These plans are scheduled to be finalized by July 10, 1991. We would appreciate <br />receiving a written response to the following items for developing our Construction <br />Documents on or before this date. <br />1) Are Phase I (fill) and/or Phase II (dispensers) vapor recovery systems <br />required? <br />2) Is any secondary containment required for vent or vapor recovery piping at <br />this time? <br />3) Are sample wells required in the immediate vicinity of the underground tanks? <br />4) Do you anticipate any change in regulations in the near future which could <br />affect our projects? <br />5) Please send us your current regulations/guidelines and forms for underground <br />tank permits. <br />6) Please also advise if any other agency should be contacted for their <br />involvement in the permit process. <br />OFFICES: LARKSPUR, CA BACRAMENTO, CA BELLEVUE, WA PHOENIX, AZ <br />
