I would
appreciate your review and written response, even if you gave me
several answers over the telephone already.
We are proceeding with plans for the remodeling of a petroleum
facility at the above location. Attached are two prints showing
the proposed site layout.
These plans are scheduled to be finalized by October 20, 1989. We
would appreciate receiving a written response to the following
items for developing our Construction Documents on or before this
date.
Please note that the existing tanks will remain. New multi -pump
dispensers and pipes to the tanks will be installed.
1) Is any secondary containment for product piping, and/or
vapor return piping required at this time?
2) If required, are fiberglass trench liners acceptable for
secondary containment on product and/or vapor return piping?
3) Are Phase I (fill) and/or Phase II (dispensers) vapor
recovery systems required?
4) Is a containment box required around the tank fill pipe in
case of overfill? If yes, then what is minimum capacity?
BRANCHES: LARKSPUR, CA [41 5) 461 -8890 0 SACRAMENTO, CA [91 6) 646-4003 9 PHOENIX, AZ [602) 495-1920
