The AST (AST-2) was <br /> inspected on February 15, 2017, by James Montgomery, AST Inspector No. AST-133458, and Jordan <br /> Johnson,AST Inspector No. AST-T10388. Condor performed the inspection in general conformance with <br /> Steel Tank Institute (STI) Standard SP001 5a' Edition - September 2011 Formal External Inspection <br /> (FEI). <br /> The subject AST-2 is an elevated, multi-compartment, single-wall steel tank located within a secondary <br /> containment structure. McCutchen,Inc. <br /> • The exterior wall of the tank and ancillary piping was inspected and appeared to be in good <br /> condition. <br /> • Minor leaks were observed in piping connections to both tank mounted pumps. <br /> • Visual observations of the tank's exterior shell showed no signs of pitting along the longitudinal <br /> section between the four and eight o'clock positions at the bottom of the tank. <br />
