Monthly Inspection Checklists should be completed by the owner/operator and retained for a <br /> minimum of 3 years. <br /> 3. Annual Inspection Checklists should be completed by the owner/operator and retained for a <br /> minimum of 3 years. <br /> 4. Certified Inspection Reports should be retained for the life of the AST system. <br /> 5.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> The recommendations stated in this Report are based on good engineering practices and industry <br /> standards; however, they are not specific regulatory requirements or requirements for continued service. <br /> Tanks should be clearly labeled with the product stored, capacity of the tank and an NFPA hazard label, <br /> as a minimum. Piping should be labeled with the product and flow direction. <br /> Notwithstanding any observation,recommendation, opinion contained in this Report, nothing herein shall <br /> be construed as a representation, warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied, regarding the future <br /> structural integrity, life expectancy, or performance of the tank. This Report and the analysis provided is <br /> in all respects subject to and shall be interpreted within the limitations and parameters of the test <br /> procedures performed. In the event testing is performed using a sampling procedure, this Report and any <br /> analysis shall be limited to those areas actually tested and the type of test conducted, and the customer is <br /> cautioned not to extrapolate the results of the test samples. <br /> This Report of inspection is not to be construed as an expressed or implied warranty of future <br /> performance of the tank.
