The repair shop has had the tanks and barrels removed and will not require roll over berm for now, no large quantities of oil are being stored there. I have attached the RTC which should close our open items, it includes references and pictures The technical SPCC changes were submitted to Condor Earth. Regarding totes stored in corner lot and we received that document today... it is available if you want to see. The tank integrity testing was previously forwarded to you. Please respond to this email to confirm you received and were able to open the attachment. After your evaluation please let me know if this APSA inspection has returned to compliance and I can expect it to be closed. i
