Condor performed the inspection in general conformance with Steel Tank <br /> Institute(STI) Standard SP001 5t1i Edition- September 2011 Formal External Inspection(FEI). <br /> The subject AST-5 is an elevated, single-compartment, single-wall steel tank located within a secondary <br /> containment structure. McCutchen,Inc. <br /> • The exterior wall of the tank and ancillary piping was inspected and appeared to be in good <br /> condition. <br /> • Visual observations of the tank's exterior shell showed no signs of pitting along the longitudinal <br /> section between the four and eight o'clock positions at the bottom of the tank. <br /> • The tank's long-bolt manway is an approved Emergency Relief Vent(ERV);however,the stamped <br /> plate did not identify the overpressure venting capacity. <br />
