Workplace accumulation containers will be placed near the work area and these <br /> containers will managed in accordance with Title 22 Hazardous Waste regulations. <br /> #11 -Spilled asphalt oil that was spill was clean-up and placed in a 55 gallon drum. The waste <br /> container will be removed from the site by a Hazardous waste contractor and disposed of properly. <br /> #20- All hazardous waste tanks and containers have been properly"marked with the required <br /> information". <br /> #31/32-We have contacted registered professional engineers and hope to have one on contract <br /> soon to perform the necessary assessment. <br /> APSA Inspection Report: <br /> #46- The secondary containment with the rectangular cutout will be plugged and evaluated by <br /> a professional engineer,this winter. <br /> #50- Liquid leveling sensing device will be manually tested by Granite during the annual SPCC <br /> plan review. The next plan review and sensing device test will take place in January 2011. <br /> #52-Engine motor pump has been investigated and leak cause identified. Lead scheduled to be <br /> repaired ASAP. Liquid released into secondary containment that could not be re-used was removed as <br /> a waste and will be disposed of by a hazardous waste contractor. <br /> Please contact me with any questions you may have. If required I can submit hazardous waste <br /> receipts and PE assessments when these documents become available. <br /> 10/29/2010 <br />
