Highway 99 <br /> Stockton, CA 95215 <br /> SECOND NOTIFICATION REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE ABOVEGROUND <br /> PETROLEUM STORAGE ACT,RAPID WASH—STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Our letter dated 16 November 1999 requested your compliance with the Aboveground Petroleum <br /> Storage Act(APSA). Specifically, you were required to register all aboveground petroleum storage <br /> tanks at your facility subject to the APSA and pay the appropriate fee to the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board (SWRCB). The SWRCB has not yet received your storage statement and fee. <br /> Our letter also asked you to develop a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan <br /> for your aboveground tank(s) by 24 January 2000. To date, we have not received your <br /> SPCC Plan. <br /> By 29 March 2000, you are required to submit the SPCC Plan and proof that you filed the storage <br /> statement and fee with the SWRCB. Any operator or owner of a tank facility who fails to comply with <br /> the provisions of the APSA may be subject to monetary penalties. <br /> If you are having difficulties developing the SPCC plan or have any questions regarding these <br /> requirements,please contact G.
