Additionally, the rack drains to a steel-lined sump, which pumps into Tank 45, which is inside secondary containment. Main Terminal Truck Rack#2 has the same dimensions for the same 16,830 gallons of containment, which is greater than the tanker truck capacity of 7,700 gallons.
