A second pallet has <br /> been provided so that the E-Waste overflow can be put on it. <br /> 84 Stored UV on site for more than 1 year, or unable to demonstrate the length <br /> V of time the UW has been accumulated from the date it became a waste or <br /> was received. <br /> A 5 gallon bucket of alkaline batteries was observed in the Old Cogen <br /> N building with an accumulation start date of December 2, 2008. The Facility <br /> was unable to demonstrate the amount of time used fluorescent bulbs and <br /> waste electronics in the Old Cogen Building were stored on site. <br /> All accumulated a-waste is scheduled for pick up by Tri-Valley Recyclers on <br /> R July 18, 2011. New e-waste labels with correct accumulation start dates will <br /> be placed on collection areas. Will provide follow-up letter by July 29, 2011. <br /> 85 V 85. Failed to keep records of each shipment of universal waste according to <br /> this section. <br /> A 2010 fluorescent lamp disposal record and a 2010 disposal record for 5 <br /> N pallets of unidentified universal wastes were observed on site. No additional <br /> copies of universal waste disposal records were available on site <br /> R Facility logs and Invoices will be maintained. Copy of Fluorescent Lamp <br /> Disposal Log is attached. (See Attachment 8) <br /> TERTIARY PLANT (3307 W. Hwy 4) — CAL000290827 <br /> 50 RV 50. Accumulated more than 6,000 kg of HW on site at one time. <br /> A 250 gallon tank of used oil was observed with an accumulation start date <br /> N of October 5, 2010. Facilities who generate less than 1,OOOkg of hazardous <br /> waste per month and do not exceed 6,000 of waste stored on site at any <br /> time may store waste on site up to 180 days. <br /> The Tertiary Facility has been reducing the amount of HazWaste it produces <br /> since 2008. In 2008 the Tertiary Plant produced 77,000 tons of HazWaste. <br /> R In 2010 the Tertiary Plant produced 2.5 Tons of HazWaste. The 250 gallon <br /> tank is not filled in 180 days. Tank will be closed and waste oil will be <br /> accumulated in 55 gallon drums on site for more cost efficient disposal. <br /> 59 V 59. Failed to send generator manifests copies to the Department within 30 <br /> days. <br /> N Manifest numbers 000145628VES (6/1/09) and 002294824FLE (1/7/09) <br /> were found on site at the facility but were not on record with the DISC. <br /> R Manifest numbers 000145628VES (6/1/09) and 002294824FLE (1/7/09) <br /> were sent to DTSC on June 27, 2011. <br /> 60 V 60. Failed to keep signed copy for 3 years. 62. Failed to submit an <br /> exception report. <br />
