In that report, we committed to provide you with a follow up letter <br /> detailing the status of any remaining compliance issues by 29 July 2011. We need a few more days to gather <br /> information documenting our compliance efforts to date. <br /> We will deliver our follow up letter by 3 August 2011. <br /> Because you will not be in the office until 1 August 2011, Michelle Henry and I discussed the matter of this brief <br /> extension on the phone this morning. <br /> "Effective July 15, 2011, the City of Stockton will begin using new e-mail addresses.
