Specifically, you were required to register all aboveground petroleum <br /> storage tanks subject to the APSA and pay the appropriate fee to the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board (SWRCB). The SWRCB has received your storage statement and fee. <br /> Our letter also asked you to develop a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC)Plan <br /> for the aboveground tanks by 12 April 2000.
