Facility failed to provide a Spill Prevention Control Counter-measure (SPCC) Plan in accordance to CFR Part 112. Immediately provide a SPCC Plan. Further information can be found on the EHD website; a copy of schedule of SPCC free class has been provided to owner during this inspection.
