RECOMMENDED MIXING RATIOS: For: Pt. Qt. 2Qt. 3Qt. Gal . Color Mix From Microfiche 11.5 oz. 23 oz. 46 oz. 69 oz. 92 oz. 483-52 Catalyst 4 oz. 8 oz. 16 oz. 24 oz. 32 oz. 483-54 Accelerator 1/2 oz. 1 oz. 2 oz. 3 oz. 4 oz. Total : 16 oz. 32 oz. 64 oz. 96 oz. 128oz. Example: To color mix from microfiche for ready to spray gallon (92 oz. ) add 2 pints (32 oz. ) 483-52 Catalyst and 4 ounces of 483-54 Accelerator. Mix thoroughly. POT LIFE: 1-2 Hours at 70 deg F. SURFACE PREPARATION: Before sanding, remove all traces of oil , wax and grease with 441-05 Silicone and Wax Remover (use locally permitted cleaner in regulated areas) using clean rags. Sand old finish and chemically treat bare metal areas.
