The chemical fact sheets are <br /> missing the max container size and chemical locations. This information must be current and submitted as part of <br /> the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> A site map was not complete as part of the business plan.The site map is missing emergency shut offs, loading <br /> areas, internal roads, adjacent street, storm and sewer drain locations, access and exits points, hazmat material <br /> storage area, emergency response equipment locations. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading <br /> areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, <br /> evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If <br /> a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". Immediately log into <br /> the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br /> release. <br /> The emergency response procedures were missing the local Unified Program Agency(UPA) phone number witch is <br /> 209-468-3420 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. A business plan shall include the following <br /> emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not <br /> limited to,the following: <br /> -immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> -procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the site <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)annually. The emergency response procedures and the the training program were not submitted <br /> for 2018.The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be <br /> submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year.
