The plan is a proposal for the excavation of <br /> soil which was contaminated due to unauthorized releases from the <br /> UST which was located on the property. <br /> PHS/EHD has made a tenative determinationithat the plan is in <br /> compliance with local, State and Federal 11. <br /> and regulations and <br /> that the resultant work will not create significant adverse <br /> environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> E cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available for publlic review at PHS/EHD, <br /> 304 E.
