The ground water is c*rrently being <br /> tested now. A1.1 indications are that the tests will be non <br /> detectable_ We "self certified" the spoils to show that the <br /> spoils were non-hazardous. The test results are enclosed. <br /> II. PROPOSII1..' <br /> Frank C. Alegre Trucking, inc. proposed; the following for <br /> the contaminated soil : We want to treat the. contamination with <br /> the use of Bio Cultures in bioaugmentation. Lae have � <br /> approximately 800 yards to treat. Because .of aur limited space <br /> in our yard here in Lodi , we would 'like to .treat the material on <br /> Frank C. Alezre 's property in Stockton. The property is zoned <br /> 11-2. We have talked to Tom Walker with San :Joaquin County <br /> Planning and he has no problem with doing this. Barlan Knolle <br /> with the County health Department has also been contacted- <br /> The material would be placed on 9 mil plastic with a dike <br /> or burn, around the material to properly contain any runoff.
