DDJC Tracy- Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan <br /> 'SPILL NOTIFICATION' <br /> In case of a fire or spill dial: <br /> *911 � � � T <br /> In the event of a spill, report the following information: <br /> ♦ Type of incident (e.g. release, fire) <br /> ♦ Exact location of incident. <br /> ♦ Source of spill. <br /> ♦ Extent of injuries, if any. <br /> ♦ Name and quantity of material(s) involved. <br /> ♦ Potential hazards to human health and/or the environment <br /> ♦ Action taken for containment. <br /> ♦ Name and telephone number of person reporting. <br /> The Incident Commander, or his alternate, will notify the San Joaquin County Office <br /> of Emergency Services if a spill or discharge leaves or threatens to leave the <br /> installation.
