They
wouldn't work last week because of the heat. The slab and containment wall have been poured and they will be
reassembling the oil skimmer and new 1000 gal tank hopefully this week. I talked to Condor environmental again and
they assured me that since the new oil tanks were built to the UL142 standards, visual inspections should be sufficient. I
am sending a copy of the most recent inspections for your review. It is up to you if that is acceptable, please let me
know.
The work is starting next week on the containment for the 10k and 8k diesel tanks. We are using the same contractor
that poured the slab and containment wall for the oil skimmer. I will send you pictures as soon as it is completed. I have
talked to the contractor about getting the job completed as soon as possible so we can be back in compliance. Thank
you for your patience, these contractors seem to work on their own schedules and don't have the same sense of
urgency that we do.
Thank You, Steve
Steven Gannon
Cherokee Freight lines
5463 Cherokee Rd
Stockton, CA 95215
steveCcDRocfl.com
209-444-7325
