Specifically,you were required to register all aboveground petroleum <br /> storage tanks subject to the APSA and pay the appropriate fee to the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board (SWRCB). The SWRCB has not received your storage statement and fee. <br /> Our letter also asked you to develop a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC)Plan <br /> for the aboveground tanks by 27 April 2001. To date, we have not received your certified SPCC <br /> Plan. <br /> By 29 November 2001,you are required to submit the SPCC Plan and proof that you filed the <br /> storage statement and fee with the SWRCB. Any operator or owner of a tank facility who fails to <br /> comply with the provisions of the APSA may be subject to monetary penalties. <br /> If you have any questions regarding these requirements, you may contact G.
