Note: If the 12,000 gallon diesel aboveground storage tank will no longer be used then it must be permanently closed per CFR, section 112.2. Permanently closed means all liquid and sludge has been removed from the tank and lines, all connecting lines and piping have been disconnected and blanked off, all valves except vent have been closed and locked and a conspicuous sign has been posted on the tank stating that it is "permanently closed" and noting the date of closure. Provide documentation of the tank closure if applicable. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
