The 87-91 split tank annular sensor was observed with splicing outside of the junction box.All monitoring equipment shall be installed, calibrated. operated and maintained in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. Immediately repair the 87-91 split tank annular sensor, and properly install according to manufacturer's recommendations, and obtain a repair permit if necessary. This is a Class II violation.
