Love's is going to proceed with the planning process on B20 at Love's Travel Stop — Lodi, CA
and Ripon, CA. Our current plan is to splash blend at the terminal and never exceed B20. If and when we get San Joaquin
County CUPA approval would we start splash blending.
Lodi — We would deliver up to B20 in ONLY the AST. To confirm we would need to updated the SPCC plan, and chemical
inventory to start splash blending ?
Ripon —We would deliver up to B20 in the 2 Diesel UST tanks. We will send the county compatibility documents once we have
received everything as this will take some more planning on our end.
Who should I send these documents too? I would prefer to e-mail the documents if possible, but I could fax if needed.
Jesse Diaz
West Coast Environmental Manager
Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores, Inc.
Cell: (405) 687-1060
E -fax: (405) 254-3473
Jesse.Diaz@loves.com
www.loves.com
From: Garrett Backus [EH] [mailto:gbackus(absjcehd.com]
Sent: Tuesday, December 22, 2015 10:00 AM
To: Jesse Diaz
Cc: Elena K. The compatibility requirements
for primary and secondary containment are in Title 23 California Code of Regulations section 2631, especially 2631(d) and
2631(j).
