Specifically, you were required to register all aboveground petroleum <br /> storage tanks subject to the APSA and pay the appropriate fee to the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board (SWRCB). The SWRCB has received your storage statement and fee. <br /> Our letter also asked you to develop a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC)Plan <br /> for the aboveground tanks by 14 April 2000. To date, we have not received your certified SPCC <br /> Plan. <br /> By 17 September 2001, you are required to submit a copy of the certified SPCC Plan to the <br /> Regiondl Water Quality Control Board. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this requirement,you may call me at(916) 255-3029. <br /> b_ ZI <br /> G.
