Box 442 — ISS 3 �- <br />Lathrop, CA 95330 <br />Gray Davis <br />Governor <br />gp :� Baa OZ <br />NOTIFICATION REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE ABOVEGROUND <br />PETROLEUM STORAGE ACT, AMG RESOURCES PACIFIC CORPORATION, <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />It has been brought to our attention that a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) <br />plan for your aboveground tanks (AGTs) was not in-place during a San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Division inspection conducted at 15332 South McKinley, Lathrop on <br />29 June 2001. A SPCC plan is required for all AGTs that are subject to the Aboveground <br />Petroleum Storage Act (APSA). Enclosed for your review is the following information: <br />• Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) Information Sheet regarding the storage <br />statement, fee and spill prevention control and countermeasure plan submittal requirements. <br />• Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act with 1991, 1993, 1994 and 1995 Amendments. <br />• State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Pamphlet entitled Information on the <br />Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Program.. <br />• An outline of a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan that can be used <br />to develop a plan for your facility. <br />A certified SPCC Plan must be developed for your storage tanks and submitted to the RWQCB <br />by 1 September 2001. <br />If you have any questions regarding this requirement, you may call me at (916) 255-3029. <br />.A- <br />G.
