Enclosed for your review is <br />the following information: <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) Information Sheet regarding the storage <br />statement, fee and spill prevention control and countermeasure plan submittal requirements. <br />Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act with 1991, 1993, 1994 and 1995 Amendments. <br />An outline and a sample of a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan that <br />can be used to develop a plan for your facility. <br />The storage statement and appropriate filing fee must be submitted to the SWRCB by <br />26 October 2001. <br />A SPCC Plan must be developed for your storage tank(s) and submitted to the RWQCB by <br />26 November 2001. <br />If you have any questions regarding this program, you may call me at (916) 255-3029. <br />.
