The facility diagram is missing the following components: <br /> a. Mobile petroleum containers and tanks including fuel and oiler trucks. <br /> b. Piping layout, fuel dispensers, and petroleum transfer stations. <br /> c. The diesel tanks which have pump turbines attached, adjacent to the 20,000 gallon tanks. <br /> The diagram shall include all requirements in 40 CFR Part 112.7(a)(3). Immediately update the facility <br /> diagram to include all of the required information. <br /> 19, 21, 27. The inventory listed in the SPCC Plan does not include the following: <br /> a. Mobile petroleum containers and tanks including fuel and oiler trucks. <br /> b. The diesel tanks which have pump turbines attached, adjacent to the 20,000 gallon tanks. <br /> Discharge & drainage controls and potential equipment failure are not addressed for any of the unlisted <br /> containers/tanks. Immediately update the inventory and discharge information in the SPCC Plan to <br /> accurately represent the petroleum storage at the facility. <br /> 20. The SPCC plan lacks procedures for handling petroleum. The SPCC plan must include procedures <br /> for routine handling of products (loading, unloading, facility transfers, etc). Immediately update the <br /> SPCC plan to include these procedures. <br /> 21. The SPCC plan does not include a description of the secondary containment for the petroleum <br /> storage in 55 gallon drums. Correct the SPCC plan to include this information. <br /> 22. The SPCC plan does not include a discussion of countermeasures for discharge discovery, <br /> response, and cleanup (both the facility's capability and those that might be required of a contractor). <br /> Correct the SPCC plan to include this information. <br /> 23. The SPCC Plan did not address disposal of spill cleanup materials, including contaminated soil and <br /> spilled petroleum. The Plan must address methods of disposal of recovered materials. Immediately <br /> update the plan to include appropriate methods for disposal of any recovered materials in accordance <br /> with applicable legal requirements. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($122). <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspect :/ Received By: Title: <br /> E 23-02-003 Rev 08/10!10 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
