Violation# 604, ensure that the facility diagram is included in the most recent SP p -copy of <br /> the diagram as well. <br /> SEP 13 ,!;,+, <br /> Violation#713, 717. According to John Balobeck on his letter to Ty Rust, "...the form testing <br /> frequency is every 20 years". He also stated that the Engineer is going to obtain the cdns �ate'of.'the <br /> tank. <br /> Please note that on the description of item 713 it includes"...each aboveground container shall be tested and <br /> inspected for integrity on a regular schedule...". Then on your Return to Compliance document, please state last <br /> date the tanks were tested and inspected and when they are required to be tested again according to the <br /> construction date. <br /> On the description of item 717 it states that the procedures and frequency for testing on both shall be addressed <br /> on the most recent SPCC plan where all the liquid sensing devices shall be regularly tested.
