Specifically, you were required to register all aboveground petroleum storage tanks at your <br /> facility subject to the APSA and pay the appropriate fee to the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB). The SWRCB has not received your storage statement and fee. <br /> Our letter also asked you to develop a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC)Plan <br /> for your aboveground tanks by 31 May 2000. To date,we have not received your certified SPCC Plan. <br /> By 16 October 2000,you are required to submit the SPCC Plan and proof that you have filed the storage <br /> statement and fee with the SWRCB. Any operator or owner of a tank facility who fails to comply with <br /> the provisions of the APSA may be subject to monetary penalties. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this requirement,you may contact G.
