Kettleman Lana, I..odi, CA <br />Dear Sir: <br />Groundwater samples taken from the: monitoring wel installed by Geomatrix on 4/28/1999 have <br />been analyzed and found to contain both BTEX and TBE. The owner of Sun West Liquors has <br />requested that Foothill Engineering conduct additional ite investigations to determine the horizonW <br />and vertical extent of the contamination. Please find be ow the proposed work plan to determine the <br />extent and the source of the contamination indicated i monitoring well GMX 1. <br />THE WORKPLAN FOR INSTALLING AND <br />History <br />On 7110/1998 Thorpe Oil of Lodi California removec <br />Property.
