(Geon <br />advance 3 soil borings and collect groundwater samp <br />telephone conversation with you this morning, I undt <br />the San Joaquin County Public Health Services to be <br />the site dated April 15, 1999 (attached). This existin <br />one groundwater monitoring well, which was installs <br />proposed work plan is described below. <br />WORK PLAN <br />Geomatrix will oversee the advancement of three soil <br />shown on the attached figure. The borings will be ad <br />ground surface (bgs) using hollow -stern auger drilling <br />M _ core both visually and with a photoicnizatiori detectei <br />advanced from approximately 45 to 50 feet bgs, the d <br />samples will be collected for chemical analyses. No <br />borings. <br />The groundwater samples will be submitted to a Stats <br />ratory for analyses for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzeri( <br />butyl ether (MTBE) using EPA Method 8020, and foi <br />as gasoline using EPA Method 8015M.
