The hazard potential <br /> will be evaluated by Quorum's management and a plan df action will be assessed. <br /> r <br /> DECONTAMINATION PROCEDURES <br /> i <br /> Equipment and personal protective equipment will undergo gross decontamination onsite. <br /> This gross decontamination will include washing contaminated equipment with an Alconox <br /> or trisodium phosphate (TSP) solution. Steam-cleaning is an acceptable alternative. <br /> EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROCEDURES <br /> In the event of a fire, explosion, or property damage, the Quorum office will be immediately <br /> notified. If necessary, local fire or response agencies will be called. <br /> i <br /> In the event of an accident resulting in physical injury, first aid will be administered and the <br /> injured worker will be transported to the nearest hospital or emergency medical clinic for <br /> emergency treatment.
