FILE COPY <br /> CLOSURE CHRONOLOGY <br /> AD ART INC Site#682 <br /> 3133 AD ART RD <br /> STOCKTON CA 95202 <br /> Carol Oz REHS-6/8/00 <br /> February 22 1989-(1) 10,000 gallon Unleaded UST removed from site. <br /> March 13, 1989- Soil sample results from UST piping evidence contamination. <br /> June 16, 1989-Prop 65 and UAR completed. <br /> May 1.5,1996-Further excavation and sampling of UST piping area. <br /> May 22, 1996- San Joaquin County Environmental Health issued a closure letter for this <br /> UST. <br /> July 18, 1996- CVRWQCB concurred with closure of this UST. <br /> September 25, 1998- (1)4,000 gallon'Diesel UST and (1) 550 gallon Waste Oil UST <br /> removed. <br /> October 25, 1998 -Soil sample results from samples collected beneath the USTs <br /> evidenced low levels of contamination. <br /> March 19, 1999- Soil samples were collected beneath fuel lines and dispensers at the <br /> site. <br /> April 1. 1999- Soil sample results from piping and dispensers evidence high levels of <br /> contamination <br /> September 10, 1999- Prop 65 and UAR completed for USTs,piping, dispensers. <br /> October 12, 1999- Site placed in LOP. <br /> April 11,2000- Site investigation borings drilled and soil samples collected. <br /> Asril 21,2000- Analytical results from soil borings evidence minimal contamination at <br /> 10 feet bsg, all results ND from 15 ft. to 30 ft.bsg. <br /> June 2 2000- Began site closure summary preparation. <br />
