k4 KLEINFELDER <br /> • Note obvious location(s) of aboveground and underground storage tanks, pipelines, wells, <br /> and transformers and note building materials suspected to contain asbestos. Any <br /> pertinent information or helpful documents that the client has or can obtain regarding as- <br /> built drawings, environmental permits or registrations, previous assessments, etc., for <br /> underground tanks, etc., is requested to be made available for use by Kleinfelder. <br /> • Note obvious uses and environmental conditions concerns as noted in the review of the <br /> aerial photography. <br /> • Note facilities adjacent to the site that have an obvious potential to affect the <br /> environmental conditions at the site. <br /> • Photographically document conditions at the time of the site visit. <br /> ASSUMPTIONS AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> The proposed scope of services and estimated budget are based on the following: <br /> • The client will provide Kleinfelder with the authorization to access the site. The client will <br /> provide a written right of entry authorization, if requested. <br /> • The client is responsible for providing an accurate map delineating site boundaries. If site <br /> boundaries are not clearly marked in the field, then it is the client's responsibility to arrange <br /> for such. <br /> • The site visit can be conducted in one day. If the site visit cannot be completed in one day, <br /> additional fees will be incurred. <br /> • Environmental sampling and analysis (except as detailed in this proposal for the limited <br /> Phase lI ESA) are not included in the scope of services. <br /> • Two conies of the report of findings will be delivered to the client. Additional copies, if <br /> requested, will be provided on a"time and materials"basis. <br /> • The review of regulatory agency files is limited to the site and adjacent facilities only. If <br /> regulatory agency file reviews for additional sites are recommended, then client will be <br /> contacted for authorization of additional fees. <br /> • An optional client provided preliminary title report is requested which lists existing <br /> easements and current ownership or a 50-year Chain-of-Title. If Kleinfelder is asked to <br /> obtain this information, additional expenses will be incurred. <br /> • Review of the 50-Year Chain-of-Title (if obtained by the Client) will consume less than 3 <br /> hours of professional time.
