ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> Sub-Surface Investigation <br /> 2122 South Airport Way, Stockton, CA <br /> (APN: 169-162-01) <br /> As the property owner, I (Mr. Ralph White) do hereby grant permission to Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) to advance ground water monitoring wells and borings at 2122 <br /> South Airport Way, Stockton, California(APN: 169-162-1), during the course of the investigation <br /> as required by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD). <br /> All expenses for the subsurface investigation as related to the activities at the 2122 South Airport <br /> Way property shall be paid by Mr. Peter Minh Bui and Ms. Kimberly Hoang,and conducted under <br /> permit in a timely manner upon approval by the EHD. <br /> Copies of all testing and reporting for any investigation performed at 2122 South Airport Way will <br /> be forwarded to Mr. Ralph White. <br /> All affected tenants of the site will be given 48 hours notice prior to the initiation of field <br /> activities,which will be conducted in a manner to minimize disruption of normal site activities. <br /> Mr. Ralph White, Property Owner Date <br /> 2122 South Airport Way <br /> Stockton, California <br />
