May 21 07 04: 17p • p, 1 �r� <br /> May- 17. 2007 11 : 13AM Oanced GeoEnvironmeatdl No. 8635 °, 4 <br /> ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> Soil Boring Advancements <br /> 2122 South Airport Way, Stockton,CA <br /> (APN: 169-162-01) <br /> As the property owner, 1 (Mr. Ralph White) do hereby grant permission to Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmentsl,Inc.(AGE)to advance one paired,concpcnetrometer testing(CPT)soil boring <br /> for the collection of soil and ground water samples,and to advance three ground water wclls at 2122 <br /> South Airport Way, Stockton, California(APN: 169-162-1).The investigation is being performed <br /> under the direetivc of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> The scope oi'work will include advancing(drilling)one 2-inch diameter paired,cone penetrometer <br /> testing(CPT)soil boring to a depth of 100 feet below surface grade to collect soil and ground water <br /> samples. At the conclusion of the investigatory activities, the boring will be properly abandoned <br /> under permit with the original grade restored and the surface properly repaired to preexisting <br /> conditions. <br /> The scope of work will also include advancing three 8.25-inch diameter borings to an approximate <br /> depth of 54 feet below surface grade to collect soil samples,and to be completed as Found water <br /> monitoring wells. <br /> All expenses for the subsurface investigation as related to the activities at the 2122 South Airport <br /> Way property shall be paid by the Buff's up to a prc-agreed upon amount,and will be conducted <br /> under permit in a timely manner upon approval by the EHD. <br /> Copies of all testing and reporting for any investigation performed at 2122 South Airport Way will <br /> be forwarded to Mr. Ralph White. <br /> All affected tenants of the site will be given 48 hours notice prior to the initiation of field <br /> activities,which will be conducted in a manner to minimize disruption of normal site activities. <br /> j <br /> Mr, R,, h White,Property Owo.cr Daft <br /> 2122 South Airport Way <br /> Stockton,California <br />
