This resolution directs all contaminated underground storage tank sites <br />currently under regulatory oversight by either the Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />(RWQCB) or a Local Oversight Program (LOP) to reduce routine quarterly groundwater <br />sampling of their monitoring wells to a semi-annual schedule unless site-specific needs <br />warrant otherwise. <br />The above subject site is currently listed with the San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health Department's (EHD) LOP program.
