The work plan was due for submittal to <br />the EHD no later than November 21, 2008, but has not been received by this agency. <br />The EHD has received correspondence by electronic mail from Advanced <br />GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE), your environmental consultant, stating that they were <br />suspending all site related work due to issues of non-payment. AGE further indicated that <br />neither named responsible party has applied to the State Water Resources Control Board <br />Cleanup Fund. The Cleanup Fund (CUF) is a mechanism for reimbursement of eligible costs <br />associated with investigation and remediation of contaminated UST sites such as this one. <br />However, regardless of their eligibility to the CUF, responsible parties of contaminated UST <br />sites are required by California State Regulation to investigate and remediate their sites. <br />Please proceed with submittal of the overdue work plan.
