Wet/ <br /> have found the plan to be inadequate as the following considerations are not <br /> addressed. <br /> 0 Stockton Fire Department records indicate the underground storage tanks <br /> were removed 10-24-85. The California Underground Tank Law was effective August <br /> 1985, and the San Joaquin Local Health District was requiring owners of underground <br /> storage tanks to submit closure plans as outlined in Article 7, Sectiolt 2672. Soils <br /> borings shall address the former piping locations as well as the former- tank <br /> locations, <br /> 2- Provide a description of local topography, gercelogy, estimated orij-ieasurad <br /> depth to groundwater shall be provided along with documentation of source of <br /> reference. <br /> 5 <br /> As recommended in the LUFT Manual , the utilization of field VOA's may he <br /> useful as qualitative sampling aides, however, quantitative analytical data is <br /> [7� required to support recommendations and conclusions.
