Stockton, California. The .purpose of the <br /> work is to characterize the site prior to the development of the- site <br /> into a service station. This property assessment is being completed for <br /> the current property owner to fulfill 'a lender's requirement. Although, <br /> a service station did operate at the site years ago, there is no known <br /> subsurface contamination, and no current evidence of subsurface <br /> contamination. <br /> Versar's work plan was submitted to the San Joaquin Local Health . <br /> District to Ms. Letitia Resch on February 7, 1989. The Application <br /> Environmental Health Permit/Services, 'which Ms. Resch had sent to <br /> Versar, was submitted with the work plan along- with a check °for $35.00. <br /> A copy of the work plan 'is included here as Attachment I .
