PHSIEHD has prepared the <br /> following comments for your consideration. <br /> As you indicated in your November 7, 1994 correspondence, continued non-detect results will <br /> support a request for case closure. With few exceptions, groundwater sample results have <br /> been non-detect since 1989. Unfortunately, this site has a characteristic shifting gradient <br /> direction which necesitated the installation of a total of five monitoring wells. <br /> Please submit a closure evaluation report including information requested in the "Appendix B.- <br /> Requests <br /> :Requests for Closure" dated March 1, 1994 and the attached "Case Closure Summary" to <br /> hasten evaluation of your site for closure.
