Monitoring well <br /> MW,5 was sampled on August 22 1994. <br /> There were no petroleum hydrocarbons"detected in.any of the soil samples collected at well MW-5. <br /> Groundwater samples collected :from al'l of the mor itori.ng-4611s contained no detectable <br /> concentrations of petroleum'hydrocarbons Groundwater elevation measurements taken on July 8, <br /> I�- 1994 and on•"August 22, 1994"revealed groundwater gradients 'of 0.001 and 0:002 ft/ft, <br /> respectively. <br /> The attached report by GTI also provides information which shows there are seven.groundwater . <br /> extraction wells located within 2000 feet of-166 subject site. <br /> .J <br /> Chevron will continue monitoring"groundwater at the subject site on a quarterly basis.
